- Size 4 is suitable for budgerigars, blood pigeons, shrikes, and some small grassland parrots.
- Size 5 is suitable for lovebirds, large-headed parakeets, Pacific parrotlets, barred parakeets, laughingthrushes, and other birds.
- Size 6 is suitable for cockatiels, sun conures, mynas, rose-ringed parrots, and some grassland parrots.
- Size 7 is suitable for small caiques, small Alexandrine parrots, sun conures, monk parakeets, and some small to medium-sized parrots.
